Who We Are
Pierpont Securities LLC is an independent, privately-owned broker-dealer that provides to institutional clients liquidity, execution services, and strategic advice pertaining to the US Treasury, federal agency, and repurchase markets. The firm has assembled a group of talented and seasoned professionals recruited from many of the leading global financial institutions.
The firm’s founding partners have in excess of 25 years working together in the Rates sector of fixed income at two of the leading global financial institutions. They share a common vision based on integrity, trust, professionalism, and a commitment to client focus. The firm is built to service client interests, not to serve as a proprietary trading vehicle.
Pierpont has raised $220MM in capital from its founders and strategic investors – Stone Point Capital and General Atlantic. The experience of our founders and employees coupled with these strategic investors creates a network of key relationships. We are becoming a leading government securities dealer, one that can harness the execution capabilities and the intellectual capital of our team to best serve our institutional client base.
